We have been doing group programs and individual programs since 2013 and have followed along the evolution of functional fitness.
From 2013 till today our goal has been to give you the best, simpliest and most suitable program for you. Some changes in coaching style and program design has ofcourse been made but the main goal has always been the same.
You don´t need any advanced formula or secret program to make it right. You need hard work and a consistent and fun program.
